• You represent a property on this guide: we can correct its page or remove it. Answer "Yes" to "Is this your business?", choose "Claim / manage this listing" or "Remove this listing / page", and tell us how we can verify it.
• Something is wrong: rooms, check-in times and amenities change. Name the property and what's off.
• Anything else: choose "Other" as the reason.

We can't change or cancel bookings; for that, contact Booking.com or the property.
